Healthy PPE thanks to ozone disinfection

Our drying technology removes moisture from your clothing, PPE and accessories in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Our devices all have the same operating principle: the ambient air is drawn in by a turbine in the lower part of the machine, then diffused through a heating resistor to obtain a flow with a temperature of around 45 ° C. . This hot air is then forced into the interior of the device. For increased efficiency, the hot air is systematically forced from the bottom up. To optimize drying and reduce energy consumption, most of our appliances are fitted with gaskets around the edges of the doors.

The addition of heat significantly accelerates the drying process by converting water into steam more quickly. This moisture-laden air is then completely extracted from the treatment chamber using adjustable vents. This moisture-laden air can be exhausted into the room or channeled for discharge outside the room.

Permanent humidity in your PPE causes premature degradation of it. In order not to alter the technical properties of the materials, the drying temperature of our devices respects the constraints imposed by the manufacturers and is constantly monitored.

To prevent your PPE from the risk of bacteria, viruses, germs and fungi developing, drying devices must be equipped with an appropriate disinfection system that respects the environment and does not contain any residue.



All our drying devices are equipped with a suitable disinfection and deodorization system, which respects the environment and is based on ozone-producing technology that we have mastered for more than 20 years. This completely ecological technology, which does not use any chemical product, is residue-free and does not use any synthetic odorous additives.

Bad odors are the expression of the existence of active bacteria and microorganisms, even after washing. Our deodorization process is obtained thanks to the sanitizing power of ozone. The generator consists of an ozone-forming UVC germicidal lamp and an electronic board which manages its production.

We worked with an independent veterinary laboratory, accredited by COFRAC, authorized to issue a certification of results for our ozone disinfection technology. This independent laboratory's report for total disinfection defined a minimum ozone exposure cycle of 90 continuous minutes. This report is available at the bottom of the page.

All our drying and disinfection devices are originally equipped with a manual control and a programmable cycle management control. A remote control is available as an option.



Ozone is recognized as one of the most powerful disinfectants. It acts on bad odors due to bacteria and fungi, oxidation of microorganisms and various pollutants.

In addition to being effective, ozone is also the most ecological disinfectant. After its corrosive action on viruses, bacteria, germs and fungi, ozone decomposes in the air in the form of oxygen, leaving no chemical residue and no environmental footprint.



Ozone occurs naturally in the atmosphere. The normal rate at ground level varies from 0.005 to 0.05 ppm (parts per million) depending on the season; it increases with pollution and with altitude.

All our devices are designed for use in the presence of people in work areas, traffic areas, or social premises and comply with labor regulations and standards. The ozone production of our devices is established at 0.05 ppm over a period of 90 minutes.

The INRS in toxicological sheet No. 43, sets the exposure thresholds to ozone for people:

  • VLEP-8h00 at 0.1 ppm i.e. a maximum authorized exposure for 8h00 consecutive at 0.1 ppm
  • VLEP-15min. at 0.2 ppm, i.e. a maximum authorized exposure for 15 consecutive min at 0.2 ppm
